Eligible 30-day returns
Regular-priced items from the main collection and Bundle & Save purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are unworn, unwashed, and have their tags attached.
First US size exchange
The first size exchange for an eligible full-price main-collection or Bundle & Save purchase in the United States is free. Wonder Coats covers the return shipping and the reshipment for that first size exchange. Contact us at info@wondercoats.com before sending an eligible item.
Promotional and clearance purchases
Bundle & Save purchases are eligible for the 30-day returns described above. Other discount-code or promotional purchases, and all clearance purchases, are clearly identified before purchase and are final sale for size or change-of-mind returns, exchanges, and refunds. Defective items and incorrect shipments are handled through customer support, and this policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Refund returns
For an eligible full-price or Bundle & Save refund return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Return-shipping costs are non-refundable. Contact us at info@wondercoats.com for return instructions before mailing an item.
